Women's Ministry
Encouraging women to grow in faith, find their voice, and step fully into their God-given purpose.
About Women's Ministry
Daughters of Shanah is a community of women who refuse to do life alone. Whether you are newly married, raising children, building a career, walking through loss or starting again — there are women here who understand your season and will stand with you in it.
We study the Word properly, we pray for each other by name, and we celebrate loudly when God moves.
Why Daughters of Shanah Exists
To see every woman at Shanah City Church rooted in Scripture, secure in her identity in Christ, and released into the purpose God has for her — in her home, her work and her community.
“She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.”Proverbs 31:25

Frequently Asked Questions
Still have a question that is not answered here? We would genuinely rather you asked than wondered.
Is childcare available?
Yes, for the Tuesday morning study and the monthly brunch. Let us know ages in advance so we can staff the room properly.
I am not much of a Bible study person. Will I keep up?
You will. We start from the beginning of the passage every time and nobody is ever put on the spot to read aloud or answer. Plenty of women joined us knowing very little and now lead groups themselves.
Do I need to be a member of the church?
No. Daughters of Shanah is open to any woman who wants to come, whether this is your church home or not.
How do I join a mentoring circle?
Fill in the contact form on this page or speak with Pastor Grace after any service. We match thoughtfully, so it may take a few weeks — it is worth the wait.
